Unity Yard Trade Group is committed to supplying finished leather goods that meet agreed specifications and professional standards. Due to the nature of our products and business model, returns are handled under the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- The product delivered does not match the agreed specifications
- The goods are found to be defective upon delivery
- The issue is reported within the specified inspection period
All claims must be supported with clear documentation and evidence.
Inspection and Notification
Clients are required to inspect all goods upon delivery. Any concerns regarding quality, quantity, or specifications must be reported in writing within [X] days of receipt of the goods.
Failure to notify us within this period may result in the claim being declined.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Goods that meet agreed specifications
- Custom or specially requested orders
- Items that have been altered, cut, or used after delivery
Return Approval Process
All returns must be approved by Unity Yard Trade Group before goods are shipped back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Once a return request is approved, we will provide instructions regarding next steps.
Refunds and Replacements
Where a return is approved, we may offer one of the following, depending on the situation:
- Replacement of the affected goods
- Credit toward future orders
- Refund, subject to agreement and applicable deductions
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original method of payment.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs, customs fees, and related charges are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation
Unity Yard Trade Group shall not be responsible for losses resulting from delays, customs clearance issues, or misuse of goods after delivery.
